Acceptable Use Policy

1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Permitted Use

2.1 The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Platform to:

(a) discover and purchase cashback cards;

(b) earn and withdraw cashback rewards;

(c) browse the in-app shopping feature;

(d) manage your account; and

(e) access information about tuck. and its retail partners.

2.2 You must only use the Platform on your own behalf. Use on behalf of another person is not permitted unless expressly authorised by us in writing.

2.3 If you use the Platform for any business or commercial purpose, your account may be subject to additional restrictions.

 

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to these standards. In particular, you must not:

 

General prohibitions:

3.1 Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

3.2 Impersonate any person or entity.

3.3 Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

3.4 Introduce or transmit any virus, malware, or other malicious code.

3.5 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.

3.6 Engage in any scraping, crawling, or automated data collection.

3.7 Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam.

3.8 Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content on the Platform without consent.

3.9 Use our name, logo, trademarks, or brand identity without approval.

 

Cashback and financial misuse:

3.10 Purchase cashback cards with the intention of returning or cancelling them to extract cashback rewards.

3.11 Create more than one account to exploit bonus cashback offers.

3.12 Attempt to manipulate cashback tracking systems.

3.13 Make purchases that are not genuine or designed to artificially generate cashback rewards.

3.14 Use the Platform in connection with money laundering, financial fraud, or any financial crime.

3.15 Transfer, sell, or attempt to transfer cashback balances to another user or third party.

 

Account and identity misuse:

3.16 Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or withdrawal.

3.17 Submit fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit identity documents.

3.18 Share your account login credentials.

3.19 Operate an account on behalf of another person without authorisation.

3.20 Use the Platform if you have previously had an account terminated.

 

Platform integrity:

3.21 Post or share content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or threatening.

3.22 Engage in conduct that could damage tuck.'s reputation.

3.23 Use the Platform to simulate communications from tuck. or any other entity.

3.24 Represent or suggest that tuck. endorses any business without prior consent.

 

4. Linking to the Platform

4.1 You may link to the tuck. website without prior consent, provided that:

(a) the link does not imply any endorsement;

(b) no frame or overlay is created;

(c) our trademarks are not displayed without permission; and

(d) the linking site does not contain unlawful or offensive content.

4.2 We reserve the right to require you to remove any link at any time.

 

5. Consequences of Breach

5.1 If we determine you have breached this Policy, we may:

(a) issue a warning;

(b) temporarily suspend access;

(c) permanently terminate your account and forfeit cashback;

(d) cancel pending purchases or rewards;

(e) recover funds paid in connection with the breach;

(f) disclose information to law enforcement; and

(g) take civil or criminal legal action.

5.2 These actions are not exhaustive.

5.3 If your account is suspended in error, contact us at support@tuckapp.co.

 

6. Reporting Misuse

6.1 If you become aware of any misuse of the Platform, please report it to us at support@tuckapp.co.

6.2 We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

7.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance.

7.2 Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance.
