How cashback works

At tuck., earning cashback is built around a simple cycle of purchase, earn, and redeem.

Purchase - browse the app, choose your retailer, and buy a cashback card using your preferred payment method. 

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant bank transfer.

Earn - use your cashback card at the retailer and your cashback is added to your tuck. wallet automatically. The amount you earn depends on the retailer's current cashback rate.

Redeem - once you have a minimum of £10 in your wallet, you can choose to redeem your cashback in two ways. 

Convert it into a new cashback card instantly for free (with a cashback bonus), or withdraw it directly to your bank account for a small 30p fee - arriving in 3-5 working days.

Or you can accumulate your cashback for however long you want it without having to redeem it. It's our way of making sure every shop counts! 🛍️

Please be aware that if you have not been active on the tuck. app after 6 months, the cashback will expire.
