When is cashback credited?

Once you've purchased your cashback card through tuck., you will receive your cashback in your Personal Savings. 

Additionally, you will receive more cashback from us at tuck.; when using instant bank payment as your payment method.

Please note - cashback card purchases are non-refundable. Once you've completed your purchase, we're unable to issue a refund unless there was a fault on our end or an issue with the cashback card itself.

Before purchasing, always make sure you've read the T&Cs at the bottom of the cashback card, every brand has their own policies and it's important to check these before buying.
