Customer Support Form: Click on the Customer Support form link and this will take you directly to the required form.

Email: Send us an email at support@tuck.app. We'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please be aware that this is not a monitored inbox.

Request a callback When you raise a ticket with our Support team, mention you are wanting a callback and this will be arranged accordingly.

What to include when you contact us:

• A clear description of your issue.

• Screenshots if relevant.

• Your device type (iPhone, Android).

• Any error messages you've seen.

We're here to help Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. If you contact us outside these hours, we'll get back to you on the next working day.
