Using tuck. in-store vs. online

The way you use your cashback card depends on the retailer, here's what to expect across both channels.

In Store:

When you're at the checkout, your cashback card will show either a QR code, barcode, or card number and PIN depending on the retailer.

• At a staffed till - present your QR code or barcode to the cashier to scan, or provide your card number and PIN if prompted.

• At self checkout - scan your barcode or QR code using the gift card or voucher scanner, not the card payment terminal. This is the same scanner you'd use for your shopping, not the credit card machine.

Online:

Where online use is available, select "Gift Card" or "E-voucher" as your payment method at checkout and enter your card number and PIN as shown in the app.

Please note that online availability varies by brand - always check the T&Cs at the bottom of your cashback card before purchasing to confirm whether online use is supported.
