Why isn't my retailer showing?

If you can't find a specific brand in the app, don't worry; there are a few common reasons why this might happen.

• Temporary unavailability - a retailer may briefly disappear from the app while we update our agreement with them or make changes behind the scenes. They'll be back once everything is sorted.

• Limited availability - some brands are only available on tuck. for a limited time or as part of a specific campaign. Keep an eye on the app for when they return.

• Brand not available - some brands you are looking for may not be available as we may have not partnered with them just yet.

• Brand requirements - some of our brand partners have specific requirements around how their offers are displayed, which can occasionally affect their visibility in the app.

If a retailer you've used before has disappeared, try closing and reopening the app to refresh the list. If they're still not showing, they may have temporarily stepped away from the platform.
